About Us

Al-Sharaf Institute is a visionary Islamic education and community development organisation based in Nottingham, committed to nurturing and educating the Muslim community according to the authentic traditions of the Ah al-Sunnah. Our ambition is to create a dynamic, inclusive, and self-sustainable educational hub serving a diverse range of community needs. As such, we provide course for all levels of the Muslim community, from children's classes to full time scholarship programs.

Founded by Shaykh Naveed Jameel in 2021, Al-Sharaf Institute has rapidly grown from a modest educational project into a recognised institution serving Nottingham and beyond. Over time, our programs have expanded to encompass various aspects of educational needs within the community, now including full-time Alimiyyah and part-time Islamic studies.

Our Vision is to become the leading Islamic education platform empowering Muslims of all ages with the knowledge to achieving spiritual and intellectual excellence.

Most Importantly our Mission is to provide authentic Islamic education and community services rooted in traditional scholarship, fostering a nurturing environment for lifelong learning and spiritual growth.
