Isāghūjī (إيساغوجي) is the famous Arabic adaptation of Porphyry’s Isagoge, widely taught in traditional madāris as an introduction to logic (mantiq). It lays the foundation for understanding definitions, categories, propositions, and reasoning—skills essential for advanced studies in theology, jurisprudence, and philosophy. Concise yet profound, it has been a core text for centuries in the Dars-i Niẓāmī curriculum and beyond.
